Terms and Conditions


  • Please note in case of transfers from 8:00PM to 8:00AM, a 20%-night supplement will be applied.  (in Venice and Tuscany night supplement is + 30%).
  • Max waiting time at the airport: 1 hour.
  • Max waiting time at the station: 30 minutes.
  • Max waiting time at the hotel: 15 minutes.

Once the waiting time is over driver might need to leave for another pick up , depending on availability we will try to re-allocate the transfer to another driver and an additional transfer will be charged.

In case of flight / train / ferry cancellations or delays, we are not responsible for it and service will be charged as a no show.

Each car can allocate a max of 2 pax with 1 bag per person.

Each van can accommodate max 7 pax with 1 bag per person.

If clients are travelling with more then 1 bag each this need to be specified at the time of confirmation to guarantee the service.


  • All tours are subject to availability.
  • Museums reserve the right to vary the closing dates for special circumstances, in any case not attributable to the organizer’s responsibility.
  • Tickets and rates are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • Half Day tours last around 4 hours including pick up and drop off. Full Day tours last around 8 hours including pick up and drop off.
  • The length of the tour is based on the pick up scheduled for the tour and in case of delay due to the client, tour will end at the previous scheduled time unless extra hours will be required and will have to be paid on the spot .


  • 30% not refundable deposit of the total booking amount is required at the time of confirmation.
  • Balance to be received max 90 days prior to arrival.
  • The deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. 
  • After balance is paid the booking will be not refundable and not amendable.
  • Once all of your travel arrangements have been confirmed, it may be possible to alter aspects of your tour, subject to availability.
  • Please note that a Euro 100.00 Amendment Fee will apply to each accommodation, activity or transportation reservation that is altered.*
  • In case of payment via credit AMEX card, an additional fee will be applied.
  • Some special activities and tours might have a different cancellation policy applying.
  • Extra hours or additional transfer in case of delays must be paid cash on the spot by the client at the end of the tour unless different specified in the quote.
